Who went to the midnght showing?
That's right, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Yea. It was pretty awesome, not gonna lie.

Everyone is comparing it to the book, and for movies you can't really do that. The book is always better, so you just have to try and put your bias to the side.
Now, what I do is compare it with the previous harry potter movies.
I think they packed SO MUCH information into just three hours (or.... two and a half... with previews it's three) that it was incredible. Like, for the fifth movie, it seemed like a lot was happening, but nothing really was, you know?
In this movie, a lot was happening.

-ok, what the hell was with that burrow/field scene though? Yes, it was suspenseful and what not, but... did they really have to light the burrow on fire? What was the purpose for that? It never happened in the book, what was the reason? How are they going to fix that or cover it up?
-Also, what's with Ginny hiding the potions book FOR Harry? Wasn't the whole reason of him hiding it was so he could put the diadem on the bust of the warlock, and thus finding another horcrux? Or maybe Ginny is gonna be like "Oh Harry! I know where it is!" I dunno mann... they were really pushing the whole romance thing a bit tooooo much for me.
-And the ending battle scene? Um.... it must have gotten reallllllly lost in editing. Cause.... where was it? I dunno.

So, out of all the Harry Potter movies, I liked this one the most I think. I have some problems with it yes, but I have problems with all the movies. Again, it's the bias of loving the books as much as I do.

Now, what I need to do before the first of the two seventh movies come out is go to Whimsic Alley [link] (oh yes my friends, its a real place) and get me some school robes. I do believe I'm supposed to be in Ravenclaw.
